Machine tool purpose: This machine tool is a specialized tool for processing cylindrical deep hole parts, suitable for drilling and boring cylindrical deep hole workpieces. During boring, an oil feeder is used to supply oil, and the chips are discharged to the chip hopper at the head of the bed through the cutting area. During drilling, the internal chip removal method (BTA) is used, which means that the oil supply device supplies oil and the chips are discharged from the inside of the drill rod to the chip hopper at the rear of the bed through the cutting area.
The machine tool is controlled by PLC, and the reciprocating motion of the oil feeder and feed drag plate is controlled by servo motors. The transmission adopts a rack drive located in the middle of the two guide rails, ensuring the accuracy and rigidity requirements of the feed transmission during ultra long motion. Protective measures are installed on both sides of the bed, and an above ground oil tank structure is adopted to improve the machine tool environment. The machine tool can be equipped with two combinations of automatic or manual expansion and contraction high-efficiency cutting tools, greatly improving the machining efficiency of the machine tool.
